3M™ Adaptic™ are primary wound contact dressings.
Pore size is designed to minimize the pooling of fluid at the wound site and enables fluid transfer to a secondary dressing, reducing the risk of maceration.
They minimise adherence and trauma associated with dressing changes, protecting newly-formed tissue and reducing pain.
Ideal for low to high levels of exudate (ulcers, first- and second-degree burns, abrasions…).

3M™ Adaptic™ Non-Adhering Dressing is made of knitted cellulose acetate with a woven mesh structure impregnated with petrolatum emulsion.
It can be used under compression.
