Pore size is designed to minimize the pooling of fluid at the wound site and enables fluid transfer to a secondary dressing, reducing the risk of maceration.
They minimise adherence and trauma associated with dressing changes, protecting newly-formed tissue and reducing pain.
Ideal for low to high levels of exudate (ulcers, first- and second-degree burns, abrasions…).
3M™ Adaptic™ Touch Dressing is made of soft tack silicone, also suitable for use, under medical supervision, with negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT) for the protection of fragile wound structures.
